Our Manoeuvres (CBT) program is for patients who suffer from depression, anxiety or stress. This program helps you identify, understand and change unhelpful patterns of thinking which may negatively affect your life.
We offer this as a day program as an evening program for ten weeks.
This 12-week program is for people who experience symptoms of impulsivity, frequent interpersonal conflict, have difficulty regulating their emotions, anger or poor coping in stressful situations. It is based on the principles of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
This six-month program is for those who have intense, unstable moods, self-harm and unstable relationships. The program is skill-based to help patients tolerate intense feelings and learn to manage self-harming behaviours. Run by a multidisciplinary treatment team, the program and requires a strong commitment to therapy.
